PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once an order has been dispatched.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Eidolon Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or property management.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping materials. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
At this time, Eidolon Fragrances ships within the United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside of the continental United States.
